SHIPPING

ORDERS ARE PACKED TIMEOUSLY UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION. WE GENERALLY AIM TO HAVE ORDERS SENT OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS, HOWEVER DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THIS MAY CHANGE.

– ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED USING THE COURIER GUY FOR LOCAL ORDERS. delivery usually takes between 2 -3 working days.

– ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH FEDEX. delivery usually takes between 5 -10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS WITH ONE OF DELIVERY PARTNERS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.


Returns

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR GARMENTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SPECIFIC ITEMS AND INSTANCES. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ALL DETAILS.

– WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ESSENTIALS WETSUITS, CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES AND FINS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION WITN TAGS STILL ATTACHED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN. refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

– WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SWIMWEAR FOR HYGIENE REASONS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEE OUR SIZING GUIDE AND SIZING ADVICE for each PRODUCT BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

– WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PREMIUM WETSUITS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW OUR SIZING ADVICE OUTLINED ON THESE PRODUCTS OR ALTERNATIVELY, ARRANGE A FITTING APPOINTMENT BY EMAILING US AT hello@atlas-label.com

– DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US VIA EMAIL at hello@atlas-label.com within 2 DAYS of receipt. DAMAGED GOODS WILL ONLY BE REPLACED ON GOODS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN AND IF THE HYGIENE STICKER IS STILL IN PLACE. The items must be in their original condition, and will be inspected by our team upon receipt back at our offices. Atlas Label will THEN REPLACE THE ITEM OR REPAIR IT TO OUR EXACTING STANDARDS. IN THE CASE THAT NEITHER OF THESE CAN BE FULFILLED, WE WILL ISSUE CREDIT FOR OUR STORE OR A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.


EXCHANGES

exchanges  will only be accepted provided an item is unworn and in saleable condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers in place. items will be thoroughly inspected by our team and exchanges will be granted at our discretion. size exchanges are subject to stock. should we not have a size available, exchanges will be considered as store credit. please note that shipping back to atlas label is at the expense of the customer.

– we do not accept exchanges on premium wetsuits.


REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT FOR ATLAS LABEL. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THUS WILL NOT CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR STORE CREDIT. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS AS DETAILED BELOW:

 Claims

Any claim for damage to the items ordered must be notified to Atlas Label within 2 DAYS of receipt of the goods.

Claims after this period will be rejected.


Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Atlas Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
